I got into triathlon 15 years ago and a hobby born from running. I took time away for school but have been back to racing for the last 4-5 years. I completed my first Ironman in 2016 and used TriDot as my training plan. I can 100% say that my race went as well as it did because of the training program. My IM was much more enjoyable and successful than any of the marathons I’ve done in the past. I have been nursing an injury for the last year, which has kept me from running but I am using TriDot for biking and swimming and will be back soon! My overall goal is to qualify for Boston and go from there. I used to think that was not possible for me but now with TriDot I am convinced it is possible.
