I’m still relativity new to triathlon. Last year I decided to attempt what seemed impossible. I went from not being able to swim 20 yards to taking on my first of several sprints. I wasn’t particularly strong or fast in any of the legs but I made a goal to face my fears and get it done. Not even having the ability to complete the distances individually let alone back to back I knew I would need help. Fortunately a good friend sent me a link to TriDot’s preseason project. I took to it instantly as it assessed my ability and created workouts that were challenging yet attainable. It’s inspiring to see the data and track my progress. This is an expensive sport and if I’m going to invest the time and money I want to make sure I’m headed in the right direction with customized workouts. Thanks to TriDot I’m headed for my first half this summer.
