Through my son’s coercion, I participated in my first triathlon in March 2017. This only five months after picking up running, and after being off the bike for nearly two decades. After completing this race, I was hooked, but I still wanted to peruse completing a half marathon, which was a bucket list item.
In November 2017, I came across TriDot. My 5k’s are now consistently sub 30’ (last one [May 2018] was 27:31 – PR). Within two months, my bike power has increased from 47 watts to 83 watts, and my swim 100 m pace has been reduced by 25s. The results are real, and the best part is that I currently only spend about 8 hours a week training.
