Our Platform, powered by our Intelligence Engine, is made of millions of data points based on more than 18 years of training data, including age, gender, biometrics, genetics, physical location, and training outcomes.
What Personal Data am I sharing if I create an account with Predictive Fitness?
When you create an account with Predictive Fitness and use our Platform, we will process the following Personal Data to provide access to our Services and be able to respond to any inquiries from you or to provide customer service.
- Profile & Demographic Data: When you sign up for a free or paid account, we collect your contact information and other unique identifiers, such as your name, email, address and phone number. Additionally, you will be required to create a username and password to securely log into your account.
- Financial Data: In the event you subscribe to our Platform, we will collect and process your financial information including bank and/or credit card account details to process your payment. We will also collect data related to your purchase history and tendencies regarding Services purchased, obtained, or considered.
Once your account is set up, you can provide specific inputs, or connect to third-party sources to compile information related to your overall health and fitness. This information may be processed by our Platform to help you monitor and meet your fitness and performance goals. - Health & Fitness Data, including Biometrics and Genetics: When you activate your account and start using our Platform, you will be asked to provide information including your age and gender and current performance statistics so we can conduct a threshold assessment and develop a baseline to evaluate your performance as you progress with your training regimen. Whether provided directly by you, or when you choose to share information from third-party apps or services, we may collect information, including information that may, under certain laws, be defined as Consumer Health Data, such as your physical characteristics, weight, height, and body measurements, estimated stride length, time, duration, distance, location, calorie count, resting heart rate, stride rate, and pace to track and evaluate performance over time.
- Geolocation Data: We will process data related to your geolocation as it relates to your fitness routine, including geolocation data that we may collect from third-party products, such as cycling computers, fitness watches, heart rate monitors or similar devices.

How is my geolocation data used?
The bike path or trail you are running on can impact your workout. Just like the time of day you choose to work out can have environmental impacts. Knowing the terrain and environment in which you train allows our algorithm to take into account any hills, weather or other potential considerations that may be important to analyze and prescribe your training.
Does Predictive Fitness share my Personal Data with Third Parties?
Yes, there are several situations in which we may share your Personal Data with others.
- If you choose to connect and share data between various fitness or health apps or other fitness or health services.
- If you sign up for a promotion we offer or register or attend an event we host or sponsor, we may collect data for registration purposes and for your participation in the promotion or event.
- We may also share your Personal Data with Service Providers that we engage to support our business activities, such as providers assisting us with the following activities:
- refining our technology and perform statistical analysis

Athletes include: endurance athletes, general fitness enthusiasts or otherwise health-conscious individuals, and Users of our Platform and Services
When you visit one of our Websites or download one of our Apps and create an account or otherwise use our Platform and Services, we will collect and process your Personal Data. Information you share with us or that you authorize us to access will be used (“processed”) by Predictive Fitness to help refine and optimize our algorithm to help you, and other Users, meet health and fitness goals. For example:
- When you sign up for a free or paid account, we collect your personal contact information and unique identifiers, such as your name, email, address, and phone number. Additionally, you will be required to create a username and password to securely log into your account.
- In the event you purchase a subscription to our Platform or one of our Services, we will collect and process your financial information including bank and/or credit card account details to process your payment. We will also collect data related to your purchase history and tendencies regarding Platforms and Services purchased, obtained, or considered.
- When you start using one of our Platforms or Services, you will be asked to provide data such as your age and gender and current performance statistics so we can conduct a threshold assessment and develop a baseline to evaluate your performance as you progress with your training regimen. We may collect information, including information that may under certain laws be defined as Consumer Health Data, such as your physical characteristics, weight, height, and body measurements, estimated stride length, time, duration, distance, location, calorie count, resting heart rate, stride rate, and pace to track and evaluate performance over time.
- To provide you with insights and prescribe training, and refine and optimize our platform, we may process any biometrics you share with us, such as images, voice recordings and sleep, health, or exercise data that contain identifying information as well as lifestyle information including habits, behaviors and preferences as related to use of our Services.
- If you choose to authorize us to access or receive your data originating from other third-party apps, such as heart rate, sleep or nutrition data to further enhance your use of our Platform and Services.
- We will process data related to your precise geolocation as it relates to your training routine, including any geolocation data that you have agreed we may collect from third-party products, such as cycling computers, fitness watches, heart rate monitors or similar devices.
- We will process and monitor your lifestyle information including habits, behaviors and preferences related to use of our Platforms and Services.
- Electronic or sensory data in the event you choose to upload and share images, videos, or other recordings of yourself.
- We may process information about your interactions with our Websites and Apps, Platforms and Services including information you choose to post on your profile or with others, as well as online advertising and cookie information and inferences drawn from Personal Data, such as profiles found on social media websites, public records or derived from other information that we collect, as permitted.
- If you sign up for a promotion we offer or register or attend an event we may host or sponsor, we may collect data related to your registration and participation in the promotion or event.

- Allow you to create a personalized account and provide our Services to you, to help you meet your health and fitness goals.
- Enable sharing of your personal data with others (e.g., Coaches, event collaborators, other Users or third-party data providers) through our Platforms or Services.

- Operate our website, Platforms or Services, ensuring the security and integrity of our websites, apps, Platforms and Services and maintaining back-ups of our databases.

- Market and sell our Platforms and Services to you, or products or services offered by our business partners, or where Predictive Fitness is a Sponsor of an event or activity.

Coaches
When you sign up to coach Athletes you create an account with Predictive Fitness which may include sharing the following Personal Data:
- Name, email address, phone number and other contact information.
- Username and password associated with your account.
- Professional, educational, or other qualifications related to your coaching or athletic experience including certifications, awards, accomplishments, or other programs you may participate in, or in which you historically participated.
- A picture of yourself, or other video or images you may choose to share or post.
- Other personal details you may choose to share about yourself when you create your profile, or otherwise disclose in your posts, chats or communications with athletes or in the Coaches network, including any information you share about your health, a medical condition or other information considered Sensitive Data.
- IP address, Internet and other electronic network activity the data we collect through tracking technologies when you access and use our websites and apps and information regarding your interactions with other Predictive Fitness websites, apps or Services, such as inquiries to customer care, participation in events and sales and marketing interactions.
- Precise geographic location information about you and your device(s).
- Inferences that may be drawn from the Personal Data you share, including publicly available information such as profiles found on social media websites, public records or derived from other information that we collect, as permitted.
Predictive Fitness will process your Personal Data to provide you with access to our coaching Services, as well as for the following purposes:
- To enable your communications and collaboration with other Coaches or Athletes for training purposes.
- To respond to any requests or inquiries to our customer care team.
- To communicate with you, including service communications such as information on technical service issues, security announcements or to inform you of other account related activities.
- To operate our Services ensuring the security and integrity of the website and related services and to maintain back-ups of our databases.
- For data and information that we collect through tracking technologies about your interaction with our Services to analyze the use of the website in order to improve the quality, design and user experience.
- To provide you with marketing communications, or tailor our marketing campaigns with content customized to your interests and preferences.
- To conduct surveys, or polls and/or obtain testimonials.

Spectators
Spectators include: Business Partners, Military, Employers, Investors, and other Wellness Stakeholders

The information provided by you, your data inputs and results of your training regimens fuels our AI and machine learning and is used to optimize our algorithms and provide insights that ultimately maximize benefits to all Platform Users (e.g., Athletes and Coaches). You can request to have your Personal Data deleted for use, including that related to our algorithms, AI and other technologies by reaching out to us per the Contact section below.
If you agree to participate in research, the data obtained through your use of our Platform and Services and other information collected from and provided by you (collectively, “your research data”) may be used to enhance and further develop our Platform and our mission to help Athlete’s perform better, in less time and with fewer injuries. If you consent to participate in research, the information you share will be retained for as long as necessary to support the research purposes or as otherwise permitted or required under applicable law.
How to Exercise your Privacy Rights
Predictive Fitness is committed to respecting your choices about the use of your Personal Data, and we will take reasonable steps to respond to and honor your requests to exercise your rights to access, correct, delete or object to the use, disclosure or other processing of your Personal Data. To protect your privacy and security, we may require you to provide us with information to verify your identity. We will respond to your request in accordance with applicable law, and if we are unable to comply with your request, we will provide you with an explanation.
These rights are not absolute and only apply in certain circumstances and may vary depending on your country, region, or US state of residence. This means that we may be unable or not obligated to satisfy your request, for example, due to legal obligations or requirements to which Predictive Fitness is subject.

Children’s Data
Our Platform and Services are intended for individuals who are over the age of 16 and we do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 16. If we learn that we have collected Personal Data directly from a child under the age of 16 through our Services, we will delete that information.
